It's been warm the last few days. Our snow has melted and it looks like spring. It won't last of course so we've been trying to get out and enjoy it while we can. Adam was thrilled with yesterday's outdoor play. All day he begged me for more, presenting me with his boots or coat, saying, "On!" During a lull in today's rain, I was able to get Drew and Adam outside to explore.
We found a lot of puddles. Why are boys drawn to mud puddles?
There is one spot where a huge swampy mess develops every time we get a lot of rain. It looks like crocodiles could be hiding in there. Drew was splashing and poking around with a stick before I knew it. Adam quickly followed and made himself at home.
It was good to get outside, breathe fresh air, touch the soft ground and trees. Not so good getting the kids back in though.

This reminds me that I have a cute fireman raincoat somewhere here for Drew, I'll dig it out for next week, he'd love it :)
Paige wanted to stomp in each puddle she found, so it is not just boys! Keep up the pictures and comments!!! Gram C
