There's been a lot of freezer paper fun on the internets lately. I've seen it on several blogs and there's a good summary with many links HERE. Basically, you can make your own stencils using freezer paper and for some unknown reason, we actually had some deep in our cupboard. I tried making shirts for each of the boys representing toys I've made for them. It was really easy and fun. Gots to get more fabric paint sometime.

Those are so cute! Love your boys! And your talent!
So what is Drew's toy? It looks kinda like a bunny that ate something sour...Great picture!
Ha, it's a rather strange creation indeed. Keith thinks it looks like a molar.
I am in awe of you!
how does the paint stand up to repeated washings? cause I could see making my own anime tee's if it does hold up...
I've only washed them once and they did fade a little bit but prob. depends on the fabric paint you get...some being better than others. Mine was kind of old. Check out the links I put in for more info...I think they talk about various kinds of paints somewhere.
Every time I come here I am more in awe of your mothering & crafting. Three cheers for you, your cute kids & your projects!
Thanks guys...I'm really not that worthy of awe. I probably enjoy the making of things more than the kidfolk do. It's kind of therapeutic in a way.
What are they looking at so intently?
Ol' 'Lanche sez them things look sorta edible---The Cowpoke told him they'd probably give him cotton mouth-er-might thet be rayon mouth? I think 'Lanche jest likes bein' silly...
They should have some kind of crafty mom award:)
Ethan was trying to avoid eye contact with me...I was trying to make him smile. Who knows what Drew is gazing at.
Ethan and Drew are so cute. We miss you guys..
Trust me, you are worthy of some serious awe. If I had to do even ONE of the many things you've made and posted about on here I would think I had died and gone to purgatory. Whatever genes those are must come from the S___ side, or if they're in the M___ side at all they TOTALLY missed me!
Ha ha...but Gretchen, wouldn't you rather decorate t-shirts and put off washing dishes for a few more hours?? that's what it boils down to, really.
