Yo-yo, Ma!

Drew is 7 months old today and I'm working hard to fatten him up before the official weigh-in tommorow at the doctor's office. At the same time, he seems to be trying to wean himself which makes things extra complicated.

At his 6 month check-up, the pediatrician said he is below the 25th percentile in weight and I needed to get more calories in him. I tried, and yet wasn't too terribly concerned....he has plenty of rolls! But, lately I have begun to worry a little because even though he's chubby, his chubbiness hasn't changed for quite some time and I don't think he's gained weight in a while. He's been able to fit into the same clothes for months now.

Bet you didn't realize we live in a hacienda...check out those pseudo-adobe walls in the photo above!

It is hard to believe he could possibly be below the 25th percentile, but I ain't callin' you a liar.

I watched the video with no sound on my dinner break at work. So cute, so funny!

I would pay cash money to see a video of you and Keith lip-syncing to this song. Seriously.

Hey Liane,

Just catching up on your blog again...If it's any consolation Everlea has always been below the charts on weight until she was 2 and now she is in the 5th percentile! :) woohoo... The dr. never worried about it and she is happy and very healthy.
