Shearing the lamb

It was a sad day. The time had come to cut Adam's scraggly mullet.

There's just something about that fuzzy, soft baby hair. Once it's gone...it's gone.

Where is my baby?

Hee hee! The picture of his hair tied with the ribbon reminded me of those old timey colonial wigs.

A sad day indeed. Haircuts always make babies look so much older, like little men. You will always have that treasured lock of hair. And he will always be your baby.

Remind me to show you the frame I have of the kids baby hair, it's a great way to keep it forever, it's very much like that bit you have tied with the bow. I think you might like the idea. I, too, hate the first cut.

I'm going to be cutting Maisy's hair soon, and it makes me sad too! She's so not a baby anymore. She's a toddler. It's just crazy how fast it flies by.
