J- I read somewhere that it is bad blogger etiquette to reply to comments on your blog, but who cares? anyway, no mulch to be seen in these here playgrounds but that surface under the swings is actually kind of bouncy and shock absorbing--I'm sure you'll be relieved to know!

Hey, where's all the mulch? Or is the shock absorbing ground barrier UNDER the concrete? GOSH! =)
