Are you getting them organized as such in Flickr or in a photo editing program?
I used the flickr toys mosaic maker.

Liane, these are great!!! I couldnt figure out how to do the collage thing that you did...can you teach me?
Cristina--if you try the flickr toys link above and find the mosaic maker, they should walk you through the steps...let me know if that works for you.
ACK! I love them. And you added a link in here....eek. I'm in trouble. I spend too much time looking at flickr anyway!! Now I have to do more!!!
